ISO 9001 Certification – Quality Management System

2020 was a strange year with many of us having to learn to use video conferencing for the first time.

Mike was able to clearly explain the requirements of the Standard, and was available to clearly answer any follow up questions.

With their specialist help in facilitating workshops, personalised fine tuning of our internal processes, all of which had assisted in allowing our organisation to streamline our Quality Management procedures and successfully obtain QMS ISO 9001 Certification with no ‘non-conformances’.

A few years ago now, but from memory my interactions with Luke were fine. He spent a day in the office with me going through our existing Quality Management System manual to see what was in that, what we needed to update, speaking to our Estimator & Purchasing Manager to get further information from them on their side of things. At the time, I had been thrown in the deep end with the ISO 9001 & had no idea of what it was, what it did or what I had to do.

The QMS Manual I have been updating each year since as required from our Certification Audits & the Continuous Improvement Register is used every other day to record any & every transaction from Meeting Minutes, NCR’s, Injuries, Customer & Supplier Evaluations, Form & Template Updates, equipment OOS & staff appraisals. It does make my QMS annual review meeting much easier to complete…
